A: Either because it’s a holiday and we’re closed, or all appointments are booked for the day.

Q: Why do you take appointments?
A: We are a smaller boutique with only 4 usable fitting rooms. We want to ensure everyone receives a personalized shopping experience and dedicated attention.

Q: Why do you require a credit card?
A: A credit card is taken as a hold for your fitting room. The card will only be charged if there is a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
